Rental Agreement

This Agreement is made between Four Season Moto ("Company") and the undersigned ("Renter"). By signing this agreement, the Renter agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

• The Renter is at least 18 years of age and has a valid driver's license or ID
• The Renter has read and understands all terms of this agreement
• The Renter agrees to use the rented equipment in a safe and responsible manner
• The Renter agrees to return the equipment in the same condition as received

The Renter agrees to:

• Use the equipment only for its intended purpose
• Follow all local traffic laws and regulations
• Wear appropriate safety gear at all times
• Not modify or tamper with the equipment
• Not use the equipment under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Report any mechanical issues immediately to the Company

The Renter assumes full responsibility for:

• Any damage to the equipment during the rental period
• Any injury to themselves or others while using the equipment
• Any loss or theft of the equipment

The Company provides basic insurance coverage for mechanical defects. The Renter may purchase additional insurance coverage for an extra fee.

The rental period begins when the equipment is delivered to the Renter and ends when it is returned to the Company. The Renter agrees to:

• Return the equipment by the agreed-upon date and time
• Pay additional fees for late returns
• Return the equipment in clean condition
• Notify the Company in advance if an extension is needed

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the rental start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time will result in a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.
